General Terms of Usage 
Registration and Account 

1.Eligibility: To create an account on Ehaezer, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Account information: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account, including your name, email address, and any other required personal or business details.

3. Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and must not share your account login information with any third parties. You must also promptly notify Ehaezer if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Account suspension or termination: Ehaezer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if it determines that you have violated these terms and conditions or engaged in any prohibited activities. In such cases, we will provide notice of the suspension or termination and the reasons for it, unless we are prohibited by law from doing so. Vendors can terminate their accounts with Ehaezer by referring to the various grounds for termination. This section will provide a detailed description of the circumstances under which a vendor may terminate their account, including breach of contract, bankruptcy, and other violations of Ehaezer’s policies.

5.Fees: Ehaezer may charge fees for certain services or features, such as listing products for sale on the platform. These fees will be clearly disclosed and must be paid in accordance with the payment terms specified by Ehaezer. 

6.Data protection: Ehaezer will comply with all relevant data protection laws and regulations in collecting, using, and storing your personal data. You must also comply with these laws and regulations in your use of the platform.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES 
a. You recognize and agree that;

i) Ehaezer is a multivendor marketplace that provides platforms for vendors to sell various products and services and for shoppers to make purchases.

ii) With the buyer’s confirmation of purchase through Ehaezer, a contract for the sale and purchase of a product(s) will be in effect between the buyer and seller, and you thereby agree to buy or sell the pertinent product or items.

iii) We will accept sales that are binding on behalf of the sellers, however, please note that Ehaezer is not a party to the transaction between the buyer and the seller.

iv) Please note that Ehaezer is not responsible for the quality or condition of the products being sold by vendors through the marketplace. We strongly recommend that you thoroughly review the product description, images, and any other relevant information before making a purchase. If you have any concerns about the quality or condition of a product, please contact ehaezer customer support or the seller directly to discuss your concerns or to arrange for a return or exchange.
b. The seller’s terms of business will govern the sale and purchase contract between the buyer and the seller, subject to these general terms and conditions. However, the following provisions will also be included in the contract of sale and purchase between the buyer and the seller:

i) The price of the product will be clearly indicated in the corresponding product listing for the buyer’s reference, that is; the product listing will specify the price of the product.

ii) To ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, the product’s price must encompass all relevant taxes.

iii) The buyer may be responsible for paying delivery charges, packaging charges, handling charges, administrative charges, insurance costs, and other additional costs if these expenses are explicitly and clearly indicated in the product listing.

iv) The products provided by the vendors must meet certain standards, including being of satisfactory quality, suitable for the intended purpose specified, and safe. Additionally, the products must also meet the description provided by the vendor, including the product listing and any other relevant details made available to the buyer.

v) The seller warrants that they are legally in possession of the products, have the authority to supply them in accordance with the terms of the agreement, and are free of any restrictions or rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights and any legal inquiries into or proceedings involving criminal offenses, insolvency, or taxes.

                           
General Return Policy
1. Applicable products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on ehaezer.  

2. If you report an issue with your Smartphone, Tablet, Laptop, Television, Air Conditioner, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Microwave, we may facilitate scheduling a technician visit to your location. A resolution will be provided based on technician’s evaluation report.

3. Return will be processed only if: (i)it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession. (ii)the product is not different from what was delivered to you. (iii)the product is returned in original condition(with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein). Customers are responsible for any return shipping or delivery costs.

4. If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. ehaezer shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.

5. Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.

6. Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned. However, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or replacement, as applicable. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.

7. No additional information is required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy.

8. Products may be eligible for replacement only if the same seller has the exact same item in stock.

9. If the replacement request is placed and the seller does not have the exact same product in stock, a refund would be issued to you.

10. Products purchased by international customers are not eligible for returns. However, orders made by international customers are eligible for refunds.

11. In the event customers are found to misuse the return policy by excessively returning, or cancelling or not accepting the orders placed, ehaezer reserves the right to warn and/or suspend and/or block and/or terminate such customer accounts, as necessary.

If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 6hours from the delivery of the product.

 

Please note that;
1. Ehaezer may replace items that were damaged during transportation or due to a mistake made by our team. In such cases, we will make every effort to replace the item(s) as soon as possible. A refund may not be necessary but may be offered as an option upon request.

2. We do not refund shipping or delivery costs unless the return is a result of our error. We also reserve the right to withhold a refund if the item has been damaged or is not in its original packaging.

3. Some items may not be eligible for returns, including but not limited to:

* Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or magazines

* Personalized or customized items

* Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

* Undergarments (underwear, lingerie etc.) or swimwear

4. At Ehaezer, we understand the importance of timely and effective communication with our customers. To facilitate a smooth returns and refund process, we require that any requests for returns or refunds be made within a limited window of time. This window allows us to promptly address any issues and provide our customers with the best possible service. Customers must make any requests within 24 hours of the original purchase date. It is important for customers to inspect their items upon receipt and report any issues as soon as possible

5. Any modifications to our returns or refunds policies will be applicable to all purchases made from the date the change is published on our website.

At Ehaezer, we strive to make the payment process for our customers as easy and secure as possible. We accept various payment methods, including credit and debit cards, Mobile, and bank transfers. Our payment process is encrypted to ensure that our customers’ sensitive information is protected. To ensure that transactions are processed accurately and efficiently, we kindly ask that customers provide us with the correct billing and shipping information. Any discrepancies or errors in information may result in delays in processing or shipping orders.

Selling Basics; Keeping in mind these basic requirements will set you up for success on ehaezer.
a. What can be sold on ehaezer; ehaezer is a unique marketplace, shoppers come here to purchase items that they might not find anywhere else. Everything listed for sale on ehaezer must be handmade, vintage or a craft supply. Handmade items are items that are made and/or designed by you, the vendor.
If you sell handmade items, you agree that: (i) All handmade items are made or designed by you. If you work with a production partner, you must disclose that production partner in your relevant listings. (ii) You accurately describe every person involved in the making of an item on your store front or in the product description when listing the product. (iii) You are using your own photographs or video content and not stock photos, artistic renderings, or photos used by other vendors or websites.
If you are selling personalized or made-to-order items in the Handmade category, you agree that: (i) All listings are available for purchase at a set price. (ii) If you are using photographs of previous work with options for customization (like color choices) included in the listing, it is clear in your description that the photos shown are just examples.
Craft Supplies are tools, ingredients, or materials whose primary purpose is for use in the creation of an item or special occasion. Craft supplies may be handmade, commercial, or vintage. Party supplies may also be sold as craft supplies. We encourage you to be transparent about how your craft supplies were made and where your materials come from.

b. What can’t be Sold on ehaezer; Even if they otherwise meet our marketplace criteria, prohibited items and items that violate our intellectual property policies are not allowed to be sold on ehaezer. All listings must offer an item for sale. You may not create an ehaezer listing for the purpose of sharing a referral code, posting a want ad, or similar activity that does not offer a physical or digital item for sale. ehaezer may also suspend or terminate your account for any violations. You’ll still be on the hook to pay any outstanding fees on your ehaezer statement.

c. Managing your ehaezer Shop; Your shop represents you and your business to the ehaezer community. It’s important that you, your items, and your shop are honestly and accurately represented. By selling on ehaezer, you agree that you will: (i) Provide honest, accurate information to ehaezer and in your product description. (ii) Honor your Shop Policies. (iii) Ensure your shop content, such as any text, photos or videos used to represent yourself, your shop or your listings, abide by ehaezer’s policies. (iv) Accurately represent your items in listings and listing photos. (iv) Respect the intellectual property of others. If you feel someone has violated your intellectual property rights, you can report it to ehaezer. (vi) Not engage in fee avoidance. (vii) Not create duplicate shops or take any other action (such as manipulating clicks, baskets, or sales), manipulating search or circumventing ehaezer policies. (viii) Not coordinate pricing with other sellers.
d. Vendor Standards: By listing a product for sale on ehaezer you understand and agree that you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations for the products you list for sale, including any required labels and warnings. ehaezer assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, labelling, or content of your listings. By selling on ehaezer, you agree to: (i) Honor your dispatch and processing times. Sellers are obligated to dispatch an item or otherwise complete a transaction with a buyer in a prompt manner where products are not to be parceled and dispatched by ehaezer. Please be aware that legal requirements for dispatch times may vary by region or country. (ii) Respond to Messages in a timely manner. (iii) Honor the commitments you make in your shop policies. (iv) Resolve disagreements or order issues in collaboration with ehaezer support team. (v) If you are unable to complete an order, you must notify the buyer and cancel the order where store is not managed by ehaezer.

General Guidelines For Content Creating and Product Listings

As a vendor partner on ehaezer, you can create and upload a variety of content, like listings, Messages, text, photos, and videos. To keep our community safe and respectful, you agree that you will not upload content that:

i. Contains hateful or derogatory language or imagery.

ii. Contains threats, harassment, extortion, or violates our rules.

iii. Violates someone else’s intellectual property rights.


iv. Is false, deceptive, or misleading.


v. Contains unsolicited advertising or promotions, requests for donations, or spam.


vi. Contains private information, whether it is your own, or someone else’s.

vii. Contains prohibited medical drugs.

The Following are general guidelines vendor partners are supposed to follow when adding product listings. All products will be reviewed against but not limited to these guidelines before they are published on ehaezer. Kindly check Category standards for other guidelines regarding listing products in each category. Following these guidelines can help vendors build trust with customers, increase sales, and maintain a positive reputation on ehaezer.

1. Accurate and Complete Information: Provide accurate and complete information about your products, including product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, materials used, images, and videos.

2. Clear Pricing and Shipping Information: Ensure that your prices are clearly displayed and include any applicable taxes and shipping charges. Customers should know exactly how much they’re paying for the product.


3. High-Quality Images: Use high-quality images that show your product from different angles, in different lighting, and in use to give customers a clear idea of what they’re getting. Images should always be in a 2×2 dimension and featured images should have a white or transparent background.


4. Unique and Eye-catching Titles: Use unique and eye-catching titles that accurately reflect your product, and make sure they’re SEO-friendly.


5. Honesty: Be honest and transparent about the condition, quality, and limitations of your product. This will help you build trust with your customers and avoid any potential returns or negative reviews.


6. Timely Response to Customer Queries: Respond promptly to customer queries, questions, and concerns about your product.


7. Compliance with Legal and Ethical Standards: Ensure that your product complies with all legal and ethical standards, including any certifications or permits required.


8. Professionalism: Maintain a professional tone and presentation when communicating with customers and avoid using overly promotional language or making false claims.


9. Timely and Accurate Updates: Keep your product information up to date and accurate, including availability, pricing, and shipping information.

10. Feedback and Reviews: Encourage feedback and reviews from your customers and use this feedback to improve your product and service.

Privacy and Protecting Personal Information 

You are responsible for protecting customer’s personal information you receive or process, and you must comply with all relevant legal requirements. This includes applicable data protection and privacy laws that govern the ways in which you can use ehaezer user’s information when communicating with users and entering into transactions with customers. This means you process personal information (for example, buyer name, email address, and delivery address), you are an independent controller of data relating to other users that you may have obtained through the Services. As a data controller (that is someone who decides what personal data is collected and the purpose you’ll use the data for) to the extent that you process user personal information outside of the Services, you may be required under applicable data protection and privacy laws to honor requests received from such users for data access, portability, correction, deletion, and objections to processing. Also, if you disclose personal information without the customer’s proper consent, you are responsible for that unauthorized disclosure. This includes, for example, disclosures you make or unintentional data breaches. For example, you may receive a buyer’s email address or other information as a result of entering a transaction with that buyer. This information may only be used for ehaezer-related communications or for ehaezer-facilitated transactions. You may not use this information for unsolicited commercial messages or unauthorized transactions. Without the buyer’s consent, and subject to other applicable ehaezer policies and laws, you may not add any ehaezer customers to your email or physical mailing list, use that buyer’s identity for marketing, or obtain or retain any payment information. Please bear in mind that you’re responsible for knowing the standard of consent required in any given instance. If ehaezer and you are found to be joint data controllers of personal information, and if ehaezer is sued, fined, or otherwise incurs expenses because of something that you did in your capacity as a joint data controller of buyer personal information, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold ehaezer(and its employees, agents, consultants, subsidiaries, partners, affiliates, and licensors) harmless against any claims, costs, losses, damages, liabilities, judgements and expenses (including reasonable lawyer fees) in connection with your processing of buyer personal information.
